Overview
This is the Texas Commission on Law Enforcement (TCOLE) mandated Basic Civil Process #3131 (course equivalent to Civil Process #3101) online training course for Texas Peace Officers, Sheriff Deputies, and Constables.

This course covers civil jurisdiction of courts, peace officer responsibilities, and the rules and codes that govern the service and return of civil citations, writs, subpoenas and other documents.

Please note, the entire course, final exam(s), and course evaluation(s) must be completed in order to receive twenty-one (21) hours of course credit.

TCOLE Reporting
